Pricing Models
Microsoft will offer licensees the opportunity to select the appropriate licensing model that will best meet the needs of the customer. By offering the ability to choose a per-seat or royalty-based licensing option, and publishing the pricing schedule, Microsoft provides the ISV the ability to focus on the power of the technology.

The royalty model is based on cumulative net receipts over the term of the contract, and once a threshold has been crossed, all future sales will be based on the next percentage.
